Job Description

We are hiring a Product Manager - Control Tower to join our Quick-Commerce Global Services team in Barcelona to support the Delivery Hero Group's ecosystem with unique technologies.

Your Mission
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to combine Glovo's vibrant, fast-paced culture with the reach and complexity of the Delivery Hero Group, one of the world's largest local delivery platforms. You'll be part of a Central Team based in Barcelona, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions that support the entire global ecosystem of the Group.

THE JOURNEY

  • Own the Vendor Experience: Define and lead how vendors access, manage, and make sense of their performance data and operational reports.

  • Drive Collaboration: Partner with regional and business teams to deeply understand vendor needs, align priorities, and translate them into impactful product initiatives.

  • Lead the Roadmap: Build and own the roadmap for vendor tools and reporting features, including setting clear success metrics, tracking outcomes, and iterating based on feedback and results.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 7-9 years of product management experience building self-service tools or platforms.

  • Strong experience in product management, ideally within platform or B2B tools.

  • Proven ability to translate complex operational needs into intuitive product experiences.

  • A collaborative mindset and experience working with diverse stakeholders across tech and business.

  • Data-driven decision making and a clear understanding of how to measure success.
